우리의 삶이 선택으로 점철되어 있다고 해도 과언이 아닐 만큼, 우리는 매일 선택의 기로에 있습니다.
소소한 선택부터 인생의 방향을 좌우하는 중대한 선택까지, 여러분은 선택의 기로 앞에 섰을 때 무엇을 기준으로 선택하시나요? 예수님의 제자인 우리는 '예수님처럼 선택'해야 합니다. 우리가 직면한 상황 앞에서 예수님이라면 어떤 선택을 내리실지 생각하고, 예수님이 보여주신 삶과 가르침에 따라 선택해야 합니다.
우리의 다음세대는 자신의 행복과 유익을 위해 선택하는 것이 최선이라고 말하는 시대를 살아갑니다.
사랑하는 어린이들에게 분명한 선택의 기준을 알려주세요. '예수님처럼 선택해요!'는 수많은 선택의 순간마다 예수님이 보여주신 삶과 가르침에 따라 선택하도록 도울 것입니다. 올겨울, '예수님처럼 선택해요!'를 통해 예수님처럼 선택하는 우리의 다음세대로 세워지기를 기도합니다.
Our lives are filled with choices, and it is no exaggeration to say that we stand at a crossroads of decision-making every day. From small, everyday choices to life-changing decisions, what standard do you use when making a choice? As disciples of Jesus, we must choose like Jesus. When faced with a decision, we should consider what choice Jesus would make and follow the life and teachings He has shown us.
The next generation is growing up in a time where they are taught that choosing based on personal happiness and benefit is the best way. Teach our beloved children a clear standard for making choices. "Choose Like Jesus!" will help them make decisions in every moment based on the life and teachings of Jesus.
This winter, we pray that through "Choose Like Jesus!", our next generation will be raised to make choices like Jesus.
